Titan Technologies Nigeria Limited was incorporated on May 14, 2002 by the Corporate Affairs Commission in accordance with the CAMA 1990. The objects for which the company was set up are contained in its Memorandum and Articles of Association – MEMART. Every company is set up to achieve certain objectives and therefore, what the company is doing now is in line with the objects.
The vision of a company outlines what the organization wants to be or how it wants the world it operates to be. It is the compass that guides its business activities. The vision of Titan Technologies Nigeria Limited, therefore, is “To be the supplier of the best and latest medical, diagnostic and laboratory equipment/consumables for the healthcare industry in Nigeria.” This is reflective of our choice of partners in-country and around the world.
The mission of an organization defines the fundamental purpose of that organization or enterprise clearly by describing why it exists and what it does to achieve its vision. Our mission is, “We shall supply the best and latest medical diagnostic and laboratory equipment/consumables to the Nigerian healthcare industry in a friendly and courteous manner with integrity and honesty at a reasonable profit while creating value for all our stakeholders”.
